Mario Sikora, President
Awareness to Action
International is a company founded by Mario Sikora, an executive coach and
consultant who advises leaders in large organizations across the globe. He has
worked with senior leaders in numerous multinational corporations, including
Motorola, TE Connectivity, Dow Chemicals, Panasonic, and Johnson & Johnson.
An internationally recognized
speaker and author, Mario is co-author of “Awareness to Action: The Enneagram,
Emotional Intelligence, and Change” and author of many articles on personality
styles and leadership, performance improvement, and team-building. His
articles have been translated into Italian, Spanish, French, Turkish, and
Danish. He is also president of Enneagram Learning International, which
provides Enneagram-based training and certification programs for HR and OD
professionals, coaches, consultants, therapists, and the general public.
Mario was also the
2011-2012 president of the board of directors of the International Enneagram
Association, which has affiliates and chapters in 17 countries.

Dennis Tallon
Dennis
Tallon has earned a national reputation as an outstanding teacher and human
resource management and development consultant. His experience includes over 30
years of continued innovation and success in helping organizations develop to
their full potential. He has trained and advised thousands of executives and
managers from a wide range of Fortune 500 companies.
As a
senior associate at Awareness to Action International he has worked with
business owners and corporate executives in the areas of strategic planning,
executive coaching, team building and organizational development. He is known
nationally for designing and delivering training programs that create positive
change in organizations.
Prior to
Awareness to Action International, he was a partner with an international
consulting firm, where he was involved in the development of a comprehensive
training system, which was the first of its kind in the pharmaceutical
industry.
Dennis
lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife Donna. They share four children
(Dennis, Mark, Bryan & Caryn) and two grandkids (Finnian & Owen). They
enjoy the outdoors and play tennis, hike, bike and play every chance they get.
María José Munita
Maria Jose Munita is a
certified coach and IEA accredited Enneagram teacher. After earning a degree in
Economics and Business Administration, Maria Jose worked for Shell Chile and Southern
Africa and Banco BCI for many years, holding positions in Marketing,
Planning, and Human Resources. She then decided to follow her passion
personal and professional development and became certified as an ontological
coach by The Newfield Network. She also became certified as an
Enneagram teacher, trained by Mario Sikora, Don Riso & RussHudson, and
Ginger Lapid-Bogda. María José serves on the board of directors of the
International Enneagram Association and conducts Enneagram trainings for
Chilean corporations and for the general public. She also facilitates medium-
to long-term cultural change programs, which include leadership workshops and
executive coaching. María José lives in Santiago, Chile, with
her husband Aureliano and her daughters Trinidad and Josefina. She

Krisann Davis
Krisann
Davis, M.A., is a senior consultant and executive coach who has supported
organizational and leadership performance for over 25 years. Specializing in
the areas of leadership and team development, executive coaching, diversity,
and change management, Krisann works with leaders and organizations to improve
business results and positively impact organizational health.
Utilizing
the Enneagram in her work as an executive coach, Krisann helps leaders
integrate strategic vision, business skill and interpersonal competence to
achieve their professional goals.
Current and recent engagements include work with American
Express, Comcast, Nextel, NASA, Regions Bank, Stop at Nothing and Wachovia
Bank. Within the past three years, these engagements have resulted in both
national and international travel, serving client groups in the U.S., India and
Japan.
Claudio
Garibaldi
Claudio
Garibaldi is Awareness to Action International's senior consultant in Europe
and he works with numerous organizations in Northern Italy. His expertise lies
in providing evaluation tools for human resource departments and he is a Court
Expert in personality assessment in Genoa, Italy. Claudio is an internationally
known researcher, exploring the links between the Enneagram model of
personality and graphology, and he has led workshops at companies and
Universities across Europe and North America.
Claudio
holds the degree of Consulting Graphologist from the University of Urbino
(Italy) and his original research has appeared in numerous publications. He is
member of the Advisory Board of the International Graphological Colloquium and
a teacher with the Italian Association of Enneagram Studies.
